He uses various mediums, textures and different styles to create an impressionistic feel. Life itself and memories trigger an idea that then becomes an art piece.

International Gospel Artist. Pat performed at Stable last year and always draws a large audience who appreciate her powerful and unique singing style. Pat has been singing gospel music for over 40 years, in countries like Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, Singapore, U.S. Canada, Russia, Cook Islands, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, New Zealand, Fiji – most of these more than once. Pat has released 6 albums, the latest release being a Christmas album, “It’s Still The Greatest Story Ever Told”.

Bring the whole family and join in with the Ransom Family, singing some well-loved Traditional Christmas Carols. Every evening throughout the program, Paul, Sharon and their children will help us celebrate the Christmas Story in song. Best of all – everyone can join in!

TAPA’s (Townsville Academy of Performing Arts) Highland Dancers perform and compete regularly showcasing both traditional and choreographic Highland Dancing. With the bright colours of the costumes and precise moves in the dance steps, Scottish Dancing is a great way to keep active, make friends and enjoy one of the oldest dance styles.

A group of our dancers recently travelled on a tour to Scotland to experience dancing at traditional Highland Games. Dancers were successful at both events and also enjoyed workshops with some of the World’s best teachers.

The Embassy Project draws together musicians from diverse musical backgrounds to utilise their talents to write, record and perform music that encourages people to deepen their relationship with God. Their musical style draws from an eclectic mix of the blues, jazz, country, rock and pop genres. We really look forward to seeing you at Stable on the Strand this year.
